How do I return a product?

What are Green Practices return and exchange policy?

Green Practices returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange purchased items within 15 days of receipt of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be damaged or tampered.

Product Refund Policy

  • Ganpati Idol If you receive damaged idol we will refund the entire amount or replace the idol. Our responsibility is till we deliver the idol.
  • Organic Holi Colors If the colors are returned to us will refund the amount.
  • leaf plates If the plates are returned to us will refund the amount.
  • Terracotta If there is a breakage on our side will replace the pot.
  • leaf composter & community composter No refund.
  • Organic fruits If unhappy we will refund the amount.

Note – After the Quality Check department checks the product returned by the customer, refund will be made to your account within 2 business days. Products that are damaged or modified may not be accepted.

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

For all returns, we will initiate the refund to your bank within 24 hours of receiving the returned product. Typical timelines for your bank to reflect the refund in your account are as follows. Please follow up directly with the bank once has processed the refund.

  • Original payment instrument Refund timeline from issue of refund by Green Practices.
  • Net Banking 7-10 business days.
  • Debit Card 7-10 business days.
  • Credit Card 7-10 business days

How does return and exchange work at Green Practices?

We don’t provide any home pick up service. Product or items should be returned by the customer at their own shipping cost.
